Full dress coat jacket Belgian Carabinieri officer 1814/1816.
This coat is typical of this cavalry regiment. It’s short skirts and embroidered grenades. The wool is dyed blue Roy dark scarlet. The semi spherical buttons were festooned in the center and had a grenade. Buttons, embroidery and braids for officers were in silver metal. The plastron (reverse) is buttoned, not stapled, this is a great novelty for the time.
